Improvements and issues fixed
| Component | Summary | Reference # |
|---|---|---|
|
Schedule |
Eight new database indexes and batch processing stored procedures now optimize schedule reclassification. These enhancements accelerate work order regeneration using set-based operations, resulting in 30–50% faster deactivation and more efficient bulk work order inserts for daily/weekly recurrences when reclassifying a schedule. Existing schedule functionality remains unaffected. |

Schedule |
The schedule reclassification process now properly handles all downstream effects, ensuring accurate updates to fields like Property, Space, and Request Type. The workflow efficiently manages deactivation, state resetting, and work order regeneration, while maintaining the integrity of protected work orders with inventory transactions or timecard entries. |

Schedule |
Configure the Restrict Multiple Assignees to a Single Crew option on the configuration page to control crew assignments. When set to Yes, only people from the lead assignee’s crew appear when adding assignees to a work order. If the lead assignee changes to a different crew, a warning dialog appears, and all assignees from the previous crew are removed except for the lead. The POST and Patch API return a 400 error if assignees are not from the same crew as the lead. This setting ensures consistent crew assignments across work orders. |

Reclassify |
A warning appears when you update the Origination From value on the Reclassify Work Order page, alerting you that the SLA will be recalculated before the change is applied. When you select a new origination code and click Update, a confirmation dialog opens. If you confirm, the origination change is applied and the SLA is recalculated; if you cancel, the original value is retained. This ensures awareness of SLA changes during reclassification. |

Edit User |
System administrators can use the Copy User feature to onboard new users efficiently. Select an existing user and click Copy User to open a new edit user page, pre-populated with the selected user’s attributes except for username, password, and email. Edit any fields as needed. Changes do not impact the original user. Complete the required fields and submit the form to save the new user as a distinct entity with copied attributes and new identifiers. If required fields are incomplete, validation errors appear to ensure all necessary information is provided before submission. |

Property |
Enter a comma in Address1 when creating a property to accurately input full street addresses. The Create Property and Edit Property screens now use consistent validation, allowing commas in Address1 without error. |

|
Timecard |
The search functionality for Authorizing Managers now validates employee setup data on submission and provides clear error messages that identify specific issues. All errors encountered during employee setup are logged for auditing. The interface also offers guidance for resolving common setup errors, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience. |
